After meeting while on kitchen duty in prison, Capone and Noreaga went on to make the classic 1997 debut, “The War Report,� which sold nearly 500,000 copies with little radio airplay. While Capone (aka Kiam Holley) was thrown back in jail on a parole violation, Noreaga released 2 successful solo albums. Many record labels and tribulations later, the duo are back together and look to build off their last release, “The Reunion.�
